How to use the ‘green’ button to open your app
The Green Button lets you see what your friends are up to and offers quick access to what’s happening in your app.
The feature was added to the app in October 2016, and it was one of several tweaks to the popular messaging app that came about when Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg was forced to resign.
The update added new icons and other subtle improvements, including a new “Open to Friends” button in the upper right corner of the app, where you can send or receive messages.
It also introduced a “Sign in” button to the left side of the screen, where users can add a username and password, change your email address, and set a password.
The updated version of the messaging app is now available for download on the app store, along with the old one.
In the new app, you can see that your friends and family members are using it to keep tabs on what’s going on, and if you have any suggestions for apps to add to the conversation.
If you have questions or need help, you’ll also be able to find more helpful apps like a video chat app.
