How to Make Your Own Grumpy Green Eggs and Ham, and What It’s All About: How to Choose and Cook it

There are tons of delicious ways to use your leftover green eggs and ham.

Here’s what you’ll need to make your own grumpy green eggs.

2 tablespoons of butter 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (I used Cheddar Classic) 2 eggs, beaten 1/4 cup of your favorite sausage 1 cup of fresh chopped onion 1 cup shredded cilantro 1/8 cup fresh chopped green onions (I like fresh cilantro) salt and pepper to taste, optional 2 tablespoons minced garlic Instructions Combine the butter, cheddar, cheese, eggs, sausage, onion, and cilantro in a bowl and whisk well.

Place the bowl in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the eggs and cook until they are completely cooked through.

Stir in the salt and black pepper.

When the eggs are cooked through, add in the diced onion, cilantro, and green onions and stir to combine.

Cook until the mixture is smooth and cooked through completely.

Add in the minced garlic and cook for about 3 minutes.

Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes The original recipe uses 1/3 cup of cream cheese, but I like to use the full 1/5 cup.

You can use the remaining 1/7 cup of the cream cheese and adjust to your liking.

For this recipe, I used 1/6 cup of extra cream cheese to bring out the flavor. 3.2.2807
