How to get the best out of your diet
The best way to achieve an optimal body weight is by eating as much food as you can, says Dr. John C. Cogan, a clinical nutritionist and former head of the American College of Nutrition.
Dr. Cahan believes the best way for most people to achieve that is to eat less food and consume more fruits and vegetables, and that includes breakfast, lunch and dinner.
He says the key to successful eating habits is to choose your portions carefully and try to eat more when you need to.
But you can’t just eat more to feel full.
The key is to balance the amount of food you consume with the amount you need.
Dr. Cagan says the best meal for someone who is trying to lose weight and who wants to lose muscle mass is a meal containing no more than three to four portions.
This will help you get the most benefit from your food.
If you have trouble maintaining the desired body weight, Dr.
Cogan recommends a variety of different meals, but if you have any concerns about how you’re doing or how much weight you’ve lost, check your waistline.
He also says if you’re having problems with your heart, it’s important to have regular physical examinations.
A dietitian can also help you decide which foods are best for you, and which ones to limit.
But if you’ve already tried a diet, Dr Cogan says it’s worth continuing until you feel more comfortable with it.
